Privacy policy

1. Controller

The data controller for Let's Go Event (lets-go-event.com) is BACHATAPASION.IN, Makelaarstraat 6D, 1315 JK Almere, Netherlands.

2. What we process

Depending on how you use the service, we may process:

  • Identity and contact data (name, email) for ticket orders
  • Order and payment metadata (when payments go live)
  • Technical data (IP address, device/browser) for security and logs
  • Cookie preference choices stored on your device
  • Optional marketing preferences if you opt in

3. Purposes & legal bases (GDPR Art. 6)

  • Contract (Art. 6(1)(b)) — creating and delivering ticket orders.
  • Legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)) — invoicing, tax, and consumer-law retention where required.
  • Legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)) — securing the platform, preventing fraud, and improving reliability. We balance this against your rights.
  • Consent (Art. 6(1)(a)) — non-essential cookies and marketing emails. You may withdraw anytime.

4. Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share data with processors who help us run the service, under data processing agreements (or equivalent contractual terms) where required:

  • Mollie B.V. (Netherlands) — payment processing (iDEAL and related methods). Payment card data is handled by Mollie; we store payment references and order metadata only.
  • Resend — transactional email (order confirmations, password reset). Messages are sent to the address you provide.
  • Cloudflare, Inc. — application hosting (Workers), CDN/DNS, and optional object storage (R2) for event media you upload.
  • Prisma Data / Postgres — managed database hosting for accounts, orders, and tickets.

Event organizers receive the attendee information needed to run their event (for example name, email, and ticket status). Organizers may be separate controllers for that guest list.

5. Transfers outside the EEA

If a processor is located outside the European Economic Area, we use an approved transfer mechanism such as an adequacy decision or the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, plus supplementary measures where needed.

6. Retention

Order data is kept for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal retention duties (for example Dutch tax rules). Cookie preferences remain on your device until you clear them or reset consent. Server logs are kept for a limited security window.

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR / AVG you can request:

  • Access to your personal data
  • Rectification of inaccurate data
  • Erasure (“right to be forgotten”) where applicable
  • Restriction of processing
  • Data portability
  • Objection to processing based on legitimate interests
  • Withdrawal of consent without affecting prior lawful processing

The platform is not directed at children under 16 for account creation. Some events may allow younger attendees with a guardian; organizers set age rules per event.
