Terms of service

1. Who we are
These terms govern use of the Let's Go Event website (lets-go-event.com), operated by BACHATAPASION.IN (“we”, “us”). Contact: contact@lets-go-event.com.
2. The service
We provide an online marketplace to discover events and purchase tickets from organizers. Checkout creates real orders; payments run through Mollie when configured (test or live). Simulated local checkout without a Mollie key does not move money.
3. Accounts & eligibility
When accounts launch, you must provide accurate information and keep credentials secure. You must be at least 16 to create an account, or older where an event’s age policy requires it.
4. Tickets, pricing & refunds
Ticket prices are shown in euros and may include BTW. Organizers set event rules, including refunds and transfers. Consumer rights under Dutch / EU law apply where relevant; digital tickets may have limited withdrawal rights once the event has started or the ticket has been used, as permitted by law.
5. Acceptable use
You may not scrape the site abusively, resell tickets in breach of organizer rules, attempt unauthorized access, or use the service for unlawful purposes.
6. Privacy
Personal data is handled as described in our privacy policy and cookie policy.
7. Liability
We aim to keep the platform available and accurate, but event content is provided by organizers. To the extent permitted by mandatory Dutch law, we are not liable for organizer cancellations, venue changes, or force majeure. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for intent, gross negligence, or other liability that cannot be limited by law.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes will be submitted to the competent courts in the Netherlands, without prejudice to mandatory consumer venue rights.
